The Role:

We are seeking an on-call, part-time professional to cover the Denver-Aurora-Lakewood.As an innovator in real estate marketing, we require our photographers to be versatile, learning an array of digital services to keep our team at the forefront of the industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality residential and commercial interior/exterior images.
  • Execute additional services including2D Floor Plans,Matterport tours, andDrone/Aerial imagery(if applicable)
  • Maintain a professional, punctual, and friendly presence on-site.
  • Upload raw files by10:00 PM ESTon the day of the shoot.


Technical Requirements:

  • Experience:with professionalReal Estate or Architectural Photography
  • Gear:Full-frame DSLR or Mirrorless camera with a wide-angle lens (16mm-17mm equivalent) and a sturdy tripod. (Canon/Nikon preferred).
  • Mobility:Reliable transportation and a smartphone.
  • Soft Skills:An impeccable eye for detail, strong communication, and a "customer-first" attitude.


Favorable Skills:

  • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate(Drone Certified).
  • Experience withMatterportor similar 360 technology.
  • ProfessionalVideographyskills.
  • Advanced shooting techniques (HDR, Flambient, etc.).
