The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with hiring for New Store Openings in TX and CA
  • Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
  • Conduct interviews via virtual, phone or in-person
  • Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
  • Onboarding new hires via HRIS Paylocity
  • Must have experience and knowledge of I9/E-Verify compliance

Requirements
  • Must have retail/restaurant recruiting experience of 2 years
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
