Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, multi-talented Digital Video Producer & Sports Content Creator to bridge the gap between high-quality commercial production and authentic social media storytelling. This hybrid role requires a candidate who is equally comfortable behind the camera lens, in the editing bay, and in front of the camera engaging an audience.

You will be responsible for producing professional-grade video content for our commercial clients while simultaneously spearheading the development of a sports-centered influencer brand across TikTok and Instagram targeting diverse communities in Louisiana. The ideal candidate has a deep passion for Louisiana sports, a sharp eye for cinematic composition, and the charismatic personality necessary to build and maintain a loyal social media following.

  • End-to-End Production: Execute professional video shoots for advertising clients, including setup, lighting, sound, and operation of high-end camera equipment.
  • Creative Execution: Translate client objectives into compelling video narratives for commercial spots, digital campaigns, and social media deliverables.
  • Post-Production: Edit footage using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) to deliver polished, ready-to-publish content that meets brand standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the advertising and editorial teams to ensure seamless integration of video assets into broader marketing campaigns.

On-Camera Talent & Influencer Growth

  • Brand Personality: Serve as the primary on-camera host for client-sponsored content and our proprietary sports-themed channels.
  • Content Strategy: Develop and execute a consistent content calendar for TikTok and Instagram focusing on local sports culture, analysis, and fan engagement.
  • Audience Building: Monitor social media analytics to optimize reach, engagement, and follower growth; interact with the community to foster an authentic brand voice.
  • Trend Adaptation: Stay at the forefront of short-form video trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging digital storytelling techniques.

Qualifications

  • Portfolio Required: A strong portfolio demonstrating both professional videography/editing capabilities and successful on-camera presence.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of camera operation (DSLR/Mirrorless/Cinema line), lighting techniques, audio recording, and non-linear editing.
  • Social Media Expertise: Demonstrated success in growing a social media following on TikTok and Instagram, with a deep understanding of short-form video metrics.
  • Sports Fluency: An inherent knowledge of Louisiana sports culture (LSU, Saints, and regional prep sports) is highly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to distill complex information into clear, engaging, and high-energy video content.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced media environment where priorities can shift based on news cycles and client needs.

Why Join Us
