Job description

Title: User Researcher /Customer Experience
Location: Fond du Lac, WI (Hybrid – Approximately 3 Days Onsite Per Month)
Pay Rate: $25–$30/hour
Hours: Monday – Friday | Standard Business Hours
Hire Type: 3 Month Contract with Possible Extension

Sterling Engineering is partnering with a leading manufacturing organization to hire a User Researcher / Customer Experience professional to support digital content and customer engagement initiatives. This role will focus on reviewing customer submitted videos, product reviews, and user generated content to identify strong marketing assets and support upcoming campaigns and brand storytelling efforts.

The team is looking for candidates with experience in areas such as:
  • Customer insights or customer experience
  • Content review or digital media analysis
  • Brand storytelling or marketing support
  • Research and data analysis
  • User generated content or social media content review
  • Psychology, Marketing, Communications, UX, or related backgrounds
