Location:ย Onsite โ€“ Henderson, CO
Schedule:ย Mondayโ€“Friday, 8:00 a.m.โ€“4:30 p.m.
Pay:ย $25.36โ€“$27.00/hour (based on skills & experience);ย 90-day review with potential pay increase up to $32/hr after skills assessment!

Job Overview
Weโ€™re hiring aย Service Technicianย to support trailer repair, maintenance, and fabrication within our Parts & Service team. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping livestock and commercial trailers safe, road-ready, and operating at peak performance. If you take pride in quality work and enjoy solving mechanical problems, this role offers stability, growth, and long-term opportunity.
What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain livestock and commercial trailers
  • Perform air system, ABS, suspension, electrical, hydraulic, and structural repairs
  • Complete preventative maintenance, inspections, and DOT-related services
  • Fabricate and repair components using steel and aluminum (cutting, grinding, welding)
  • Read work orders, blueprints, and technical documentation
  • Document completed work for billing and warranty purposes
  • Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized shop
  • Work closely with teammates to meet productivity and quality goals

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 3โ€“5 years of experience in repair, maintenance, or technical service roles
  • High school diploma or GED
  • MIG welding experience (steel and aluminum)
  • Ability to read blueprints and perform basic shop math
  • Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work independently as skills progress
