Qualifications:
  • US Citizen
  • At least 2 years' experience in a contract administration, office manager or equivalent role.
  • Basic knowledge of contracts and legal documents.
  • Be discreet in dealing with highly confidential information.
  • Have a strong sense of service for both internal and external customers.
  • Proficient in design and updating of data in excel spreadsheets.
  • Proficient in formatting word documents.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of government contracts, FAR Clauses and DCAA is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to reviewing and drafting, often dealing with lengthy, complex documents.

Key Results:
  • Execute contract tasks assigned by Director of Compliance in a timely manner and with 100% accuracy.
  • Maintain contract file system.
  • Maintain contract calendar and submit report contract deliverables.
  • POC for contract matters.
  • Oversee specific mandates in a contract and make sure all parties involved fulfill obligations to which they agreed.
  • Complete the closeout process of contracts with 100% accuracy and on time 100% of the time.
  • Assist executives with administrative tasks to their standards.
  • Ensure quality standards are met 100% of the time.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Prepare, analyze, negotiate, and revise contracts, including subcontracts, vendor agreements, and purchase orders.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams (legal, finance, procurement) and external vendors/clients to resolve disputes and manage changes.
  • Order entry of purchase orders and contracts into our management systems such as Inforvisual and R3 Solutions
  • Oversee contract terms through electronic document management system and spreadsheets.
  • Submit contract reports, deliverables and all customer communication that include contract negotiations
  • Performance Monitoring: Track contractual obligations to ensure timely performance, including monitoring milestones and deliverables.
  • Assist in purchasing and receiving activities as requested.
  • Other accounting and administrative activities as requested.
