Role Overview:
We are seeking Telecommunications Network Inventory SMEs with deep domain expertise to support network inventory readiness and accuracy for upcoming production initiatives. This role requires strong telecom knowledge and prior exposure to Lumen systems, with the ability to operate in a live production context.
This is a telecom-functional role, not an IT or development position.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a Telecommunications SME for network inventory across assigned domains
Validate, update, and remediate network inventory records to reflect current network state
Support production readiness and stabilization activities
Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies related to services, circuits, and network elements
Collaborate with operations, provisioning,assurance, engineering , and program teams to ensure end-to-end inventory accuracy
Apply domain expertise to validate circuit paths, connectivity, and service associations
Suupport BPI user SME for any new changes in Inventory models and network
Required Experience & Skills:
Telecommunications Domain Expertise (Mandatory)
Strong hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:
Ethernet / Metro Ethernet (Metro 1, Metro 2, Metro 3)
Transport Networks (DWDM, TDM)
Voice Networks
Offnet / 3rd-party connectivity
Lumen Systems Experience (Highly Preferred)
Prior working experience with Lumen inventory/tools such as:
Amdocs / ASRI
PRO
Familiarity with Lumen network constructs and inventory models
Minimum years of experience
>10 years
