[Responsibilities] - Write, edit, and organize technical documents, including procedure manuals, user guides, service manuals, operational specifications, and related publications. - Acquire and verify technical content by interviewing subject matter experts, observing production methods, and reviewing engineering materials such as blueprints, schematics, and modification kits. - Oversee the development of illustrative materials, including diagrams, charts, and Illustrated Parts Breakdown content. - Manage the documentation process, from outline creation through on-time delivery, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements. - Conduct quality reviews of all published materials to maintain accuracy and clarity. - Participate in project meetings, collaborating with cross-functional and virtual teams. - Meet tight deadlines set by project schedules. - May require occasional domestic travel.
