Job description

Job Summary:
  • We are looking for someone to fully commit if hired as Contracts Assistant will monitor and manage the contract repository and vendor database to improve efficiencies and accuracy of contract renewals.
  • Managing contract uploads and profile creations to help organize the contacts to be compliant across the organization.
  • Selected Contracts Assistant will get paid $17.00/Hr. to $20.00/Hr. and this is 40 Hours/Weekly Job with occasional travel requirements.
Required Skills, Education, Qualifications, Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree from 4-year College or University.
  • 1 plus year experience in a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge in contract management, procurement, and/or supply chain management .
  • Previous experience with Business Administration..
  • Understanding of contract terminology and contracting best practices.
  • Familiarity with eSourcing and/or Contracting platforms.
  • Experience in a project management environment - preferably working with large projects (spend, complexity, and/or duration) collaborating with cross functional teams.
  • Involvement in reviewing, managing, and interpreting large and/or complex data sets.
  • Exposure to handling multiple concurrent projects.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Project or PowerBI.
  • Proven success building impactful relationships with current and potential business partners both internally and externally.
Responsibilities: Manages end-to-end sourcing project lifecycle activities including:
