๐Ÿ“‹ Role Overview:
โ€ข Provide outpatient mental health services to adults with serious mental illness (SMI)
โ€ข Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions in an outpatient setting
โ€ข Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and case management activities
โ€ข Maintain a caseload of approximately 60โ€“70 adult clients
โ€ข Provide individual counseling services and support ongoing recovery goals
โ€ข Complete clinical documentation and maintain treatment records

โœ… Requirements:
โ€ข Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Guidance, or a related field
โ€ข Experience providing evidence-based mental health treatment required
โ€ข State licensure or licensure eligibility preferred (LPC, LISW-CP, or equivalent)
โ€ข Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience preferred
โ€ข Experience working with adults experiencing serious mental illness preferred
โ€ข Bilingual skills are a plus
