I need a Data Engineer for a 3-month contract to alleviate a workload backlog. The role will start ASAP. The ideal candidate has a couple years or more of Data Engineering experience in Snowflake and Python.

It's a remote opportunity for 3 months anywhere in the USA and in any time zone. Job Title: Data Engineer (Contract, 3 Months, $35-50/hour rate range) Location: Remote, USA (must be available during Central Time core hours) Duration: 3-month initial contract with potential for extension Overview We're seeking a skilled Data Engineer to support the migration and stabilization of a new CRM platform. This role is critical to resolving data quality, mapping, and integration issues, and ensuring a smooth transition from a legacy CRM system.

You'll work closely with data engineering and CRM support teams to clean, reconcile, and structure data for long-term scalability. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain CRM data architecture and modeling. Support ETL pipelines and ensure data integrity across systems.

Work with backend schema and assist with API‐driven automation. Diagnose and resolve complex data issues. Assist in data migration and reconciliation activities.

Perform data analysis and quality checks. Document processes, mapping, and workflows. Collaborate with cross‐functional teams to identify and resolve data challenges.

Required Qualifications 2‐4+ years of experience in data engineering or CRM data management. Strong understanding of data architecture, normalization, and entity relationships. Proficiency in Python and SQL for data manipulation and transformation.

Experience with Snowflake, ETL pipelines, and CRM backend schema. Familiarity with APIs and data integration tools. Ability to work independently and troubleshoot complex issues.

Excellent communication skills and responsiveness during Central Time hours. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Familiarity with workflow automation tools like Power Automate.

Experience with large‐scale data migration projects and deduplication logic. Desired Skills and Experience Data Architecture & Modeling - normalization, foreign key constraints, entity relationships. ETL Pipelines & Data Integration - especially with Snowflake schema.

Python & SQL - for scripting, querying, and data transformation. API Automation & Schema Work - backend and integration tools.
