Biller - Oil & Gas
Location: Okarche, OK Area
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Biller with experience in the Oil & Gas industry to support accurate and timely invoicing of services and products. This role is responsible for ensuring billing compliance with contracts, tracking revenue, and maintaining strong coordination with operations, sales, and accounting teams.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices for oil & gas services (e.g., completions, production, or field services)
  • Resolve billing discrepancies, customer inquiries, and disputes in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with field operations, sales, and accounting to validate service tickets and charges
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and industry billing standards
  • Maintain billing records, documentation, and audit readiness
  • Assist with month-end close processes, revenue reporting, and reconciliations

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred)
  • 2+ years of billing or accounting experience, preferably in oil & gas or a service-based industry
  • Strong understanding of invoicing, revenue recognition, and contract billing
  • Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with oilfield service billing systems or ERP platforms (e.g., OpenInvoice, SAP, Oracle)
  • Knowledge of field tickets, AFE billing, and cost allocation
  • Familiarity with upstream, midstream, or service company operations
  • Prior experience handling high-volume transactional billing
