Job description

Job Title: Machine Operator or Packer

Openings on 1st shift or 3rd shift

Job Description

This role operates production equipment to cut aluminum extrusions to precise specifications, supports packaging operations as needed, and maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area in a modern manufacturing facility.

Responsibilities

  • Place aluminum extrusions on the cutting table and prepare materials for processing.
  • Establish and set accurate cut saw lengths according to production specifications.
  • Operate cutting and related machinery safely and efficiently during the shift.
  • Perform visual inspections on materials and finished pieces to ensure quality standards.
  • Assist in the packaging department as needed, including preparing products for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
  • Follow all production procedures, safety guidelines, and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Use measuring tools, including a tape measure, to verify dimensions and accuracy.
  • Support general labor tasks across the production floor as required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Leetonia, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
