  • Champion best practices in program management, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentor teams and drive collaboration, innovation, and accountability across cross-functional organizations

Required Qualifications

  • Strong experience managing budgets, timelines, scope, risk, and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams
  • Ability to analyze complex financial, operational, and performance data to drive strategic decisions
  • Strong executive communication, negotiation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels
  • Deep understanding of debit processing, payments, banking operations, or related financial technology domains
  • Proven ability to build trusted client relationships and lead high-visibility business transformation initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education, professional training, and practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading large client migration, conversion, or transformation programs
  • Program or project management certification such as PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent
  • Knowledge of risk management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement methodologies
  • Experience working within highly regulated financial services environments
  • Advanced proficiency with program portfolio management and reporting tools
  • Experience leading geographically distributed and cross-functional teams
