Job Description:

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of cybersecurity practices and technologies like Identity & Access Management, Security Operation Center, GRC, EDR & MDR, network security, etc.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring the highest standards of security and compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Job Summary: The Senior Cyber Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of cybersecurity projects and initiatives.
  • Lead and manage the delivery of cybersecurity projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • The candidate will be the key player in the delivery of our cybersecurity offerings, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of technical consulting services.
  • Accountable in planning and execution of projects according to Stratascale best practices, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies.
