About the Role
Weโre seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Representative to grow new, profitable business in a protected territory. While part of the revenue-generating team, youโll be the face of Liberty Waste Solutionsโbuilding relationships, uncovering opportunities, consulting, and selling our services, which will include construction dumpsters, roll-off containers, and/or front-load service. Your mission: connect with decision-makers, craft tailored solutions, and deliver results. This is a B2B role.
Key Responsibilities
ยท Prospect, qualify, and secure new accounts for front-load, roll-off, compactors, and recycling services.
ยท Conduct 15-20 in-person cold calls/appointments daily and 60+ weekly phone calls to set meetings.
ยท Use a consultative approach to identify customer needs and craft solutions.
ยท Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through a high level of activity in calls, in-person meetings, and networking.
ยท Enter activities, opportunities, contract expiration dates, and deals into the CRM and update daily to manage your pipeline and for reporting.
ยท Partner with other team members to close cross-footprint deals.
ยท Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity to anticipate customer needs.
ยท Deliver persuasive sales presentations and follow up to close deals.
ยท Promote additional services and total waste stream management solutions to maximize client value.
ยท Complete all contracts, reports, and documentation accurately and on time.
ยท Represent Liberty Waste Solutions at trade shows, community events, and networking functions.
Qualifications
ยท 2+ years of proven direct sales experience in a customer-facing role.
ยท Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
ยท Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
ยท Proficient with CRM software (HubSpot) and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
ยท Reliable transportation and a valid driverโs license.
ยท (Preferred) Contract-based industry. Waste management or service-industry experience.

Job Type
Full-Time | Salary + Commission
Base: $55,000โ$75,000/year
Target Total Compensation: $85,000โ$115,000/year+ (based on performance)
