We are looking for aContract Order Administrator 3to be located in Mesa, AZ.

The Contract Order Administrator will:

  • Enter data related to incoming customer contracts for commercial, government, domestic and international customers into applicable business systems using defined computer software.
  • Compile data and prepare a variety of reports.
  • Validate data with applicable customer purchase documents and internal policies, procedures and business system requirements for completeness and accuracy.
  • Investigate questionable data and recommend actions to resolve discrepancies.
  • Notify appropriate departments of any new or updated data.
  • Maintain audit trails.
  • Perform a variety of activities in support of the functional areas of Business Management in furtherance of their goals and initiatives.

Basic Qualifications for Level 3:

  • High School diploma with 4 years of relevant education or work experience
  • Basic experience with government contracting
  • Must have Microsoft Excel experience with ability to understand macros and use basic formulas

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Some experience working withSAP or other Enterprise Resource System
  • Some experience or knowledge of government and international contracts
  • Associates degree with 2 additional years of related work experience
Primary Level Salary Range: $44,400.00 - $74,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.The application period for the job is estimated to be 20 days from the job posting date.
