Join our dynamic global team as a Senior Network Engineer supporting critical DDI and DNS services across our global enterprise. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our DNS Infoblox-supported infrastructure with a strong focus on platform project work, customer consultation, and conducting seamless change activities. You will provide quick and effective incident resolution during high-pressure war room situations, support customer requests, and contribute to strategic initiatives to advance the quality and capabilities of our IT service offerings. Operating effectively in a 24/7 environment with colleagues from around the world, you will participate in an on-call escalation support rotation while utilizing innovative tools to drive continuous improvement and network excellence.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, configure, and manage DNS Infoblox-supported infrastructure, including DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) services across the global enterprise
  • Lead platform project work, conduct customer consultations, and execute seamless network change activities in a highly complex network environment
  • Provide rapid, effective, and high-quality incident resolution during high-pressure network troubleshooting and war room situations
  • Leverage enterprise-approved AI and automation tools to streamline day-to-day network workflows, automate routine DNS/IPAM tasks, and drive continuous operational efficiency
  • Evaluate emerging technology trends, including AI-driven networking capabilities, to inform network solution design and strategic infrastructure innovation
  • Support day-to-day customer requests and contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at advancing the quality and capability of network service offerings
  • Collaborate effectively with global colleagues across different time zones and participate in a 24/7 on-call escalation support rotation

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field OR 4 years of equivalent professional technology experience
  • 3 years of professional experience in enterprise networking, switching, and firewall environments
  • 2 years of In-depth technical knowledge of dynamic routing, switching, and network core services
  • 1 years of experience working directly with DNS Technologies
  • 1 years of experience participating in a 24/7 on-call escalation support rotation and perform high-pressure incident resolution

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Infoblox software implementation and administration, specifically utilizing Grid Master, Grid Manager, and Grid Members
  • DNS, NTP, IPAM, BIND, and DHCP in cloud-hosted or physical environments
  • Hands-on experience configuring and managing Infoblox DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM) services
  • Cloud network experience supporting cloud-based implementations in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Experience in automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Ansible, Bash) to automate configuration and deployments
  • Familiarity with utilizing AI-driven tools or methodologies to optimize IT service delivery and network troubleshooting

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
