• Create and implement customized treatment plans that address each client’s unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions based on established evidence-based practices, fostering a safe space for personal growth.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our clinic, you will serve a wide range of clients dealing with complex family dynamics, communication issues, and relationship challenges. • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.
• A valid and current license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.

• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle case loads and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience in family and marital counseling is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.
