Our coaches and experts provide concierge lifestyle fitness and nutrition coaching based upon the science and technology developed by our founder and internationally recognized expert in body transformation- Angelo Poli.

Position Summary:

This position is MetProโ€™s primary interface with our clients. In this role, you have the unique opportunity to share your enthusiasm for nutrition and fitness with men and women all around the world. Clients choose MetPro because they are prepared to begin a transformative journey. As a Lead Coach, you can lead them on that endeavor.

Each day, you will interact with and educate clients on your roster. You will be a key component to helping them achieve their goals. You will be trained to use our unique metabolic nutrition profiling system and proprietary technology. Clients range from those looking to lose weight, get in better shape, or enhance their physical performance.

Responsibilities:

The Lead Coach- Registered Dietician for MetPro is responsible for a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to the following:

  • Create fitness and nutrition goals for clients, providing explanations and actionable steps for each phase of their transformation

  • Interact with clients through a variety of communication channels (text, phone, and email)

  • Leverage MetPro systems to construct exercise programs required to help clients to achieve their goals

  • Leverage the MetPro nutrition protocol to coach and educate clients on their daily nutrition needs required to achieve their goals

  • Participate in activities/services that seek to exceed customer expectations, including incentive-based programs

  • Seek to win and retain clients who struggle to remain committed to their wellness goals.

  • Stay abreast of developing trends in the fitness and nutrition arena to help client sift through the abundance of information and personalize their transformation experience

Lead Coach Skills and Qualifications:

  • Communicates effectively and builds rapport with a diverse group of customers

  • Thrives in a workplace where effort and compensation is aligned

  • A persuasive, energetic, and professional communicator, via both phone and text

  • Manages time effectively with minimal direct supervision

  • Proven ability to lead others in productive conversations

  • Ability to coach others to achieve long-term strategic goals

  • Passionate about improving the world through nutrition and fitness.

  • Has a high attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • Certification as Registered Dietitian (RD)

  • Experience working in a commission-based environment

  • Over 2 years of personal training or coaching experience

  • Experience working with diverse populations and demographics

Competitive compensation package, of which a significant portion is performance-based.

Position is 100% remote.
