Full-time
Description
Summary
engage2learn is hiring a Marketing Operations Specialist to keep our marketing technology running clean and our reporting trustworthy.
You'll own day-to-day administration of HubSpot and the key marketing tools around it, connect those systems to Salesforce and our AI tools so data moves the way it should, ensure our data hygiene, and build the reports the marketing team relies on to make decisions. This role reports directly to the SVP of Marketing and works closely with sales, revenue operations, and content partners to keep prospect and partner data accurate.
Responsibilities
Marketing Technology & Automation
  • Administer HubSpot day to day: build and maintain workflows, email campaigns, web pages, and forms
  • Manage the marketing tech stack, with a focus on marketing automation and content tools, and help test and implement new tools as needs come up
  • Keep the connections between HubSpot, Salesforce, and our AI tools running cleanly so data moves without manual effort
  • Identify and stand up marketing AI agents and automations that take manual work off the team's (and your) plate

Data & Reporting
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports across systems that give leadership a clear read on pipeline, campaign performance, and funnel health
  • Pull ad hoc reports to answer specific questions from Marketing leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Turn raw data into meaningful insights and recommendations, not just a number

Database & List Management
  • Keep the contact database clean: dedupe records, standardize fields, and enforce data entry standards
  • Build and maintain audience segments for campaigns and sales handoff
  • Catch data quality issues before they turn into reporting problems

Requirements
Required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing operations or marketing technology role
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience, including workflows, email, and website management
  • Comfort pulling and interpreting data across more than one system
  • High attention to detail and follow-through: this role is the last line of defense against messy data

Preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with agentic AI tools in a marketing context
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Who Thrives Here
This role suits someone who loves making systems, processes, and data easy for teams: someone who is highly organized and doesn't let details slip, and who can hold multiple initiatives in shared systems without losing track of any of them.
You'll work across marketing, sales, and company leadership, so being genuinely easy to collaborate with matters as much as your technical skill. People who do well in this seat treat reliability as a feature: when leadership asks for a deliverable, it's accurate and it's on time.
Employment Details
  • This is a full-time, exempt position.
  • This is a remote position, with standard working hours aligned to Central time.
  • Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.
  • 401K and health insurance plan benefits offered.
  • Background checks and drug screening will be required.
