This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 and the opportunity to make a profound difference in the lives of individuals coping with various mental health challenges. We believe in a compassionate and person-centered approach to therapy, emphasizing emotional wellness, recovery, and personal growth.

About the Organization

At Pro Light Life Counseling Services, we are committed to empowering individuals to live their best lives through comprehensive mental health services. Based in Vancouver, Washington, we provide a range of therapeutic modalities designed to support emotional health and bolster wellness. Our specialties include support for substance use disorders, developmental disabilities, and acquired brain injuries, in addition to therapeutic housing and residential programming. We pride ourselves on fostering independence and community engagement in every client we serve, adhering to our core values of respect, integrity, and compassion.

Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, utilizing a telehealth model that allows for flexibility in balancing work and personal commitments. You will engage with clients through virtual consultations, making use of secure technology platforms that enhance your ability to deliver quality care. We promote a work-life balance that enables our team members to pursue passion projects while still providing the highest level of support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans based on individual needs, which may include crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required documentation, aligned with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Utilize evidence-based screening tools in collaboration with the clinical team to determine the most effective treatment interventions.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans tailored to client goals.
  • Play an active role in licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to a culture of compliance and quality improvement.
  • Serve as a liaison to state agencies and community partners, facilitating connections that enhance our client services.
  • Maintain open communication with all stakeholders to uphold contract standards and promote the agency’s mission within the community.
  • Foster relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to advance program visibility and secure additional partnerships and funding opportunities.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and local committees relevant to the mental health field.
  • Embody and promote the organization’s mission, values, and philosophy in all interactions and tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, adapting to the evolving needs of the organization.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary responsibility will be working with a diverse clientele who may be experiencing emotional distress due to various life circumstances, including but not limited to mental health disorders, substance abuse, and developmental challenges. This role requires a compassionate approach, as many clients are navigating complex emotional landscapes and need tailored treatments to foster recovery and resilience.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is mandatory.
  • An active, independent LMHC license is required to practice in the state of Washington; we assist candidates in obtaining their licensure if currently licensed in another state.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience in a telehealth environment is advantageous but not required.
  • Experience working with populations affected by substance use, developmental disabilities, or complex mental health conditions is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits

Our organization values its team members by offering a comprehensive benefits package, which includes:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000 annually.
  • Monthly productivity bonuses to reward individual and team performance.
  • Support for continued professional development and training opportunities.
  • Ongoing supervision and mentorship to assist in professional growth.
  • A flexible schedule that accommodates personal commitments.
  • Paid time off, including sick leave, to promote health and well-being.
  • 403B retirement plan with a 3% match to help you secure your financial future.
  • Assistance for first-time home buyers to make homeownership more accessible.
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance to maintain your long-term health.
  • Dependent care accounts to support employees with families.
  • A generous hire-on bonus to welcome new team members.
