  • Conduct legal, regulatory, and healthcare-related research and prepare materials, analyses, and documentation to support business, compliance, operational, and risk-related initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and business stakeholders to gather information, manage requests, and support issue resolution
  • Support legal operations, including licensing, audits, litigation, document requests, internal communications, and other legal and operational matters
  • Assist with special projects and evolving team priorities, bringing a proactive, solution-oriented approach to building scalable processes and improving ways of working

Skills for Success

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with legal and non-legal stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and exercise sound judgment
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset
  • Professional maturity, resilience, and a calm, thoughtful approach to problem-solving
  • Strong document formatting, proofreading, and contract organization capabilities
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and partnership

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of paralegal, legal operations, contract administration, or related legal experience
  • Healthcare-related experience required, including supporting healthcare organizations, healthcare law practices, payers, providers, hospitals, DME organizations, or related environments
  • Experience supporting contracts, legal documentation, legal workflows, or legal operations
  • Strong understanding of healthcare terminology and concepts including Medicare, Medicaid, payer/provider operations, or healthcare-related legal frameworks
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Preferred Qualifications
