Job Title: Reliability Engineer
Location: Raritan OR Somerville, NJ

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Reliability Engineer with 5+ years of experience in failure analysis and maintenance engineering to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze equipment failures and identify root causes
  • Perform failure modes and Pareto analysis
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce downtime and improve uptime
  • Support reliability and maintenance initiatives across operations
  • Drive continuous improvement in equipment performance

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in reliability or maintenance engineering
  • Strong expertise in failure analysis, Pareto analysis, and downtime reduction
  • Ability to analyze equipment performance and implement improvements

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments
