Job Description:

Position: Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)
Location: Albany, NY or Manhattan, NY
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 50% onsite
Initial Requirement: Must report onsite in Albany, NY for the first week

Key Requirements:
  • 8+ years of IT experience with strong senior-level SRE/Production Engineering experience
  • Strong hands‑on experience with SRE principles, enterprise systems reliability, scalability, and performance
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Strong Kubernetes, containers, and microservices experience
  • Strong programming/automation experience, particularly Python
  • Experience building automation and self‑healing solutions to reduce operational toil
  • Strong observability, monitoring, logging, alerting, and distributed tracing experience
  • Experience with Dynatrace, Splunk, ELK/Elastic Stack, or similar tools
  • Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, performance tuning, and capacity planning
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
