Symbiotic Services, a leading staffing firm specializing in talent acquisition solutions, is seeking an experienced Contract-to-Hire Recruiter to join our team on a B2B / 1099 basis. This position offers a unique opportunity to supplement your current workload and income while leveraging your expertise in talent sourcing and recruitment. Responsibilities: Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for various client projects.

Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to clients and internal team members.
