Our client in Modesto is looking to fill their Property Manager position!

Duties:

  • Customer service to our valued residents
  • Scheduling and monitoring maintenance workers and vendors
  • Property inspections
  • Leasing units
  • Preparing and serving notices
  • Processing rent
  • Data entry
  • Communicating with and providing reports to our Corporate offices
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Bilingual Spanish is a must
  • Must be trustworthy, organized, detail oriented, and have a friendly welcoming personality
