Grand Welcome Sea Ranch, CA Franchise, a Brown and Buchanan Ventures Company, is a veteran owned and operated Vacation Rental Management company that offers a unique and powerful combination of a locally owned franchise and a national brand.
We are looking to hire a diligent Maintenance Technician / Vacation Rental Property Inspector in our Sea Ranch, CA location.
In this role, you will maintain and repair property systems and equipment, ensuring the highest standards of functionality and reliability. Your responsibilities will include preventive maintenance, quality control, equipment installation, responding to repair requests, collaborating with our vendor maintenance teams, and doing pre-arrival home inspections. You'll work in various settings, handling minor repairs and preventative maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall systems-requiring moderate technical skills and physical ability.

  • Utilize various tools and equipment, including power and plumbing tools.
  • Troubleshoot common household systems and equipment.

  • Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable vehicle to travel between properties
  • Travel between properties to address maintenance issues and conduct pre-arrival inspections
  • Using mobile apps to document repairs and inspections
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and climbing ladders
  • Coordinating with vendors for larger repairs
  • Ensuring homes meet guest-ready standards before arrival
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional after-hours maintenance requests
