Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED 
  • 5 years’ experience in a Quality Inspection 
  • 5 yrs experience manual inspections using micrometres, calipers, height gauges, and optical comparators.
  • Interpret Blueprints, GD&T experience per ASME/ANSI standards.
  • Experience with machined components in all phases of inspection, including receiving, first article, and final inspection.
  • 1 year of hands-on experience operating CMM equipment. 
  • Proven experience with manual inspection techniques and tools.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) 
  • Experience with receiving inspection requirements including FA inspection is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Perform dimensional and visual inspections of machined components, assemblies, and finished products
