We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a successful property management company in Dinuba, CA!


Compensation: $22/hr


Job Requirements:

  • Enforce rental agreement, collect monthly rent, security deposits, late charges, and tenant damages.
  • Make bank deposits and mail journal sheets (with attached bank receipts, and any voided rent receipts to the management agent
  • Make collection efforts to secure payment of past due rent, or damages
  • Complete all paperwork, Rental Agreements, Tenant Certifications, Notices in an accurate and timely manner
  • Distribute apartment application to prospective tenants and be responsible for screening and qualifying it
  • Prepare necessary move-in and move-out inspection reports
  • Maintain accurate records of all petty cash and expenditures, reimbursements,
  • Operate and maintain all office equipment safely.


Job Qualifications:

  • Have high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have valid driver's license
  • 2-3 year previous experience in property management
  • 2+ years experience in HUD/Section 8
  • Must be able to pass a background screening
  • Possess the ability to communicate with residents, supervisors, and vendors
  • Must be punctual and self-starting
