The work typically involves developing personalized treatment plans, supporting clients’ functional independence, and advocating for access to appropriate resources. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco, CA for a Licensed Occupational Therapist operating as a self-employed practitioner. The therapist will assess clients’ physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs; develop individualized treatment plans; and implement evidence-based interventions to improve functional abilities in daily activities. Day-to-day tasks include conducting evaluations, documenting progress, coordinating care with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and educating clients and families on therapeutic techniques and adaptive strategies. The role may involve working with pediatric and adult populations, providing rehabilitation services, and managing all aspects of a small independent practice, including scheduling and basic administrative tasks.
Qualifications
