Job description

A design firm that specializes in architecture, interiors, engineering, and planning is seeking a Project Manager to help them deliver complex industrial, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, and warehouse facilities that drive commerce and strengthen communities. In this role, you'll lead projects from concept through construction, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and build lasting client relationships from their Seattle, WA office.

Your Day Includes

  • Lead architectural projects from conceptual design through construction while managing scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
  • Coordinate project teams, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless communication and successful project delivery.
  • Prepare RFP responses, scope and fee estimates, proposals, and contracts while supporting project pursuits and client presentations.
  • Facilitate project meetings, identify risks early, and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Mentor team members, oversee design coordination, and support BIM/Revit workflows throughout project execution.

Must Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; architectural license preferred.
  • 10–20+ years of architectural experience with demonstrated project management responsibility across design development, construction documents, and contract administration.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Bluebeam; experience managing Revit and BIM workflows, plus strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
