Quote / Proposal Activities:

Prepare quote responses in a timely manner in accordance with Contracts/BD process.

Obtain proper approval.

Administrative-Ensure that quote file contains all required documents and file.

Support proposal activities as directed.

Assist with Proposal activities, to include:

Assisting the Proposal Manager in managing and directing proposal efforts and personnel.

Assisting with creation and review of proposal documents.

Assist in analyzing the RFP to ensure compliance and responsiveness to customer requirements.

Contracts Administration:

May function as Company's lead point of contact on government and commercial contracts/agreements.

Administer non-disclosure agreements and proprietary information agreements.

Administer Company policies and processes related to Company contracts and Agreements.

Must possess the ability to coordinate efforts with Program Management, Engineering Management and Customer Service teams.

Requirements

Must be proficient in Word and Excel. 

Must be able to utilize Word toolbar including its functions such as insert, page layout, styles, chapters, and sections. 

Must be able to utilize Excel including formula creation. 

Math comprehension is required.

Consistent work with attention to detail and accuracy.

The ability to quickly learn the company's MRP system.

Customer oriented ability to resolve issues with customers in an appropriate manner for positive results and in a reasonable period.

Bachelor's Degree preferred or combination of education and experience.

Clear and effective interdepartmental communication.

Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Performance is measured by the timely completion and accuracy of projects as well as successful interaction with customers and IS&S co-workers.

Must be able to communicate clearly in English and be able to quickly comprehend engineering and contract documents.

Organized, proactive in problem resolution.

Reports to Vice President, Contracts Management
