Description:

Foxfire Property Management Cleaning Division Facilitech services clients throughout the state of New Hampshire. We are looking for a detail-oriented Custodial Supervisor to join our team.


The Custodial Supervisor is responsible for the daily operations and account management of the Facilitech division of Foxfire Property Management Inc.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Primary contact for clients and associates and maintains ongoing contact with clients by performing walk-through inspections ensuring the scope of services at each account is being performed to Facilitech's established standards 

• Assists with forecasting necessary levels of staffing and stock at different times to facilitate effective scheduling and ordering of supplies 

• Trains and manages cleaning staff 

• Positively promotes Company marketing and branding 

• Schedules additional “beyond the standard” scope of services 

• Ensures all timesheet punches are entered and approved by Associates weekly. Ensures all time off is entered, discussed, and approved/denied 

• Provide performance feedback to Director, Custodial Services 

• Recommends reward/discipline of cleaning Associates 

• Investigate complaints about service and equipment and resolve problems/take corrective action 

• Identify ways to improve associate productivity, cost savings, and increase customer satisfaction 

• Track supplies sold to clients for billing by Foxfire 

• Establish and implement operational standards and procedures/checklists 

• Inspect work performed to ensure that it meets contract specifications and established standards 

• Recommend to Director, Custodial Services when additional services should be discussed with clients 

• Recommend to Director, Custodial Services when new products, supplies and/or equipment should be considered to increase service standards and/or operational efficiency 

• Maintain SDS binder 

• Promotes and supports Foxfire’s company policies and procedures 

• Ability to work well with a diverse group of people
