Are you an experienced, proactive Residential Portfolio Property Manager ready to take on a leadership role? We are seeking a Residential Portfolio Property Manager to oversee the operations, financial performance, and maintenance of multiple (5-7) communities. This key role will work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure communities thrive. You will develop strategic plans, oversee budgets, coordinate maintenance, and manage vendor relationships.

Requirements:

Physical Requirements:

  • Pass a background check/Drugtest.
  • Regularly walk properties, climb stairs, and perform site inspections.
  • Lift up to 25 lbs.
  • Work indoors and outdoors.
  • Operate standard office equipment and computer systems.
