To thrive in Contract Processing, you need strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of contract law or business administration, often supported by relevant coursework or experience. Familiarity with contract management software, document management systems, and sometimes certification like Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) is valuable.
