Here's what you'll be doing:
  • Responsible for the administration and accounting of vehicle aftermarket product registrations and cancellations
  • Review and maintain aftermarket product schedules daily
  • Must be comfortable handling frequent phone conversations with customers, financial institutions, and the warranty company
  • General ledger reconciling of schedules
  • Submit monthly report on schedules with notes on outstanding items
  • Maintain organized filing system for all paperwork
  • Provide backup to other staff as necessary and as assigned
  • Computer postings and other misc. accounting duties
  • Call factory hotline as necessary to process claims
  • Must be able to collaborate effectively across multiple departments
  • Requires adaptability and a willingness to address and correct team errors when needed
  • Assist with filing of paperwork and documents per request of the Office Manager
  • Verifying the accuracy of documents
  • Other accounting duties as assigned

Here's what you'll need:
  • 1-2 years AP/AR or accounting experience, previous automotive experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products, and the general use of a computer and calculator
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and effective problem-solver
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Willingness and desire to learn
  • Must have the ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, higher education preferred
