The Opportunity You will play a vital role in the Jcorp Design Build Team by supporting the successful execution of diverse real estate development and construction projects. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Assist the Senior Superintendent in observing and managing all aspects of construction from groundbreaking to project completion.
  • Monitor job site activities daily to ensure strict compliance with building safety codes and as-built conditions.
  • Engaged in hands-on job site labor tasks and site maintenance to keep projects moving forward efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized job site environment to facilitate peak performance from all trade partners.
  • Coordinate with the Project Management team to provide onsite follow-up and support for technical questions.
  • Review project plans and schedules to help ensure all builds remain on time and within the established budget.
  • Supervise onsite laborers and foremen to ensure quality standards are met across every phase of the project.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in a construction-related role (commercial or residential experience preferred).
  • Strong foundational knowledge of construction methods, materials, and onsite safety practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, project documents, and site schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
