This involves activities such as financial analysis, property maintenance, leasing, budgeting, and strategic planning. Asset managers make decisions about property improvements, tenant relations, and the timing of acquisitions or sales. Their goal is to ensure that real estate assets meet the financial objectives of owners or investors. They often work closely with property managers, leasing agents, and financial analysts to optimize portfolio performance.
