Job description

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Content Producer to support long-form B2B content production, podcast editing, video marketing, and digital content creation. This role is ideal for someone who understands YouTube and modern content trends, enjoys working independently, and can manage projects from concept through final delivery.

The Content Producer will focus heavily on editing podcast and YouTube content, creating promotional assets, supporting global marketing initiatives, and helping expand creative production efforts across multiple platforms and languages. *This is a contract to hire opportunity

Responsibilities

  • Edit and produce long-form podcast and YouTube video content using Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools
  • Create 1–2 promotional video clips weekly for marketing and social distribution
  • Manage podcast production workflows using Riverside and distribute content across platforms such as Spotify and Apple Podcasts
  • Develop engaging B2B-focused video content with strong attention to pacing, style, and audience engagement
  • Build and update WordPress website pages, publish content, and troubleshoot basic website issues
  • Create marketing materials including presentations, graphics, and promotional assets using Canva, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Support global marketing initiatives by adapting creative materials for multiple international markets and languages
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on advertising and branded content initiatives
  • Utilize AI content tools and emerging technologies to improve production efficiency and creative output

Qualifications

  • Experience with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Audition, or comparable audio/video editing software
  • Hands-on experience editing YouTube videos, podcasts, and long-form video content
  • Experience managing WordPress websites and publishing digital content
  • Strong graphic design and marketing material creation skills
  • Familiarity with podcast platforms including Spotify and Apple Podcasts
  • Understanding of YouTube content trends and B2B digital marketing strategies
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for technical and general audiences
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, small company environment

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with AI content creation tools
  • Background supporting global or multilingual marketing initiatives
  • Experience producing content for B2B audiences and brand partnerships
