Contract Plc Engineer Jobs in Florida (NOW HIRING)

The role involves the modification of Beckhoff TwinCAT and multi-axis control systems. You will be responsible for determining the operational specifications of machines and developing panel layouts, enclosure designs, electrical, and pneumatic schematics. The position also includes developing and supporting new and existing products that meet or exceed customer expectations.

• Modify Beckhoff TwinCAT and multi-axis control systems.
• Determine the operational specifications of machines.
• Develop panel layouts and enclosure designs.
• Create electrical and pneumatic schematics.
• Develop and support new and existing products to meet customer expectations.

• Proven PLC programming skills.
• Experience with automation and programming.
• Expertise in Beckhoff systems.
• Proficiency in TwinCAT and ladder logic programming.
• 5 years of experience in PLC/controls/automation.
• Experience with Rockwell and Robotics.

• Hands-on expertise in Beckhoff PLC's.
• Experience in TwinCAT 3.
• Proficiency in PLC programming and ladder logix.
• Experience in machine safety implementation, Safety PLC’s, and Guarding.

This is a Contract position based out of Pinellas Park, FL.

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $95.00/hr.
