What We're Looking For
Michael Baker International is seeking an Oracle Cloud PPM Functional Lead to join our Corporate technology team. In this role, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert driving a major Oracle Fusion Cloud Projects Portfolio Management transformation - leading end-to-end implementation across Project Financial Management and Project Execution Management modules, embedding AI-driven automation, and ensuring seamless integration across Oracle and non-Oracle systems.
What You'll Do
  • Lead requirements workshops, fit-gap analysis, and functional design documentation for Oracle Cloud PPM modules including Project Costing, Billing, Contracts, and Project Management
  • Execute hands-on system configuration, setup, and unit testing across Oracle Fusion PPM modules to deliver production-ready, business-aligned solutions
  • Drive end-to-end data migration strategy for legacy project data, contracts, and related financial information into Oracle Fusion PPM
  • Ensure seamless cross-module integration between Oracle PPM and Cloud ERP/Financials, HCM, OTL, Procurement, Salesforce CRM, and Deltek applications
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), managing test scripts, issue resolution, and sign-off cycles
  • Deliver post-go-live production support, quarterly patch testing, and ongoing system optimization to sustain system integrity and business performance
  • Evaluate and embed AI-led automation and Oracle Cloud Agent Studio capabilities into PPM workflows, improving project manager and end-user productivity
  • Establish and maintain AEC industry-specific configurations supporting complex contracting, multi-method billing, revenue recognition, and retention workflows

What You Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field
  • 10+ years of Oracle PPM/Projects experience, including 5+ years specifically in Oracle Cloud Fusion PPM
  • Minimum 3 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Fusion PPM as a Functional Lead, from requirements through go-live
  • Demonstrated hands-on configuration of Oracle PPM modules including Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and Project Management
  • Experience designing and delivering integrations between Oracle PPM and Oracle ERP/Financials, HCM, OTL, Procurement, Salesforce CRM, or Deltek
  • Proficiency with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI reporting, OIC, APIs, and FBDI for data conversion and reporting
  • Strong understanding of project accounting, revenue recognition, billing, costing, and project resource management principles

Nice to Have
  • Oracle Cloud PPM Certification(s)
  • Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry implementation experience
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Agent Studio or AI Agent integration in Oracle Fusion workflows
  • Familiarity with Oracle APEX platform for custom solution development
  • Agile/Scrum project delivery methodology experience

Compensation
The approximate compensation range for this position is $141,000 to $170,000. This compensation range is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon factors such as education, qualifications, experience, skillset, and physical work location.
