We are seeking Contract Logistics Inventory Control Specialists with expertise in cycle counting, auditing, verification, investigation, and analysis. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of full-time inventory experience and be skilled in operating cherry pickers. This opportunity is based in Union City, GA. Depending on the assigned department, responsibilities include monitoring inventory accuracy, investigating discrepancies, conducting cycle counts and physical inventories, or maintaining complex spreadsheets using Excel. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with weekly compensation at $19.60 per hour.

Duties and Responsiblities
  • Operate cherry pickers efficiently and safely
  • Reconcile inventory records and oversee inventory management procedures
  • Develop programs to audit returns and ensure returned products are relocated to their appropriate locations
  • Develop process documentation to facilitate a prompt credit transaction
  • Conduct system searches to locate products
  • Conduct weekly cycle counts and update the system accordingly
  • Maintain precise records to effectively support shortage detection
  • Conduct a thorough review and precise correction of inventory diagnostics
  • Collaborate with management to implement loss prevention programs and enhance inventory management practices
  • Work additional hours, including weekends when necessary, and complete other assigned responsibilities
