Basic Cyber Operations - Procedures (BOC-P) Instructor/Writer
Location: Fort Gordon, GA
Description:
Seeking a Cyber Mission Force, BOC - P Instructor/Writer to support our Cyber team at Fort Gordon, GA.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Job Responsibilities:
Facilitate the BOC-P Course on Fort Gordon
Required Skills:
Attend and graduate or have previously completed within the last five (5) years, the TRADOC Army Basic Instructor Course (ABIC), Foundation Instructor Facilitator's Course (FIFC), or Common Faculty Development Instructor Course (CFD-IC); Faculty Development Program-1 (FDP-1) (as required); and Installation Staff Contractor Training Course (ISCTC) or equivalent (i.e., Cadre Training Course (CTC) or Support Cadre Training Course (SCTC)).
Graduated from 4C-F73/230-F19, Title 10 Interactive On-Net Operator (T10 ION), also known as Title 10 Basic Cyber Operator Course (T10 BOC).
OR
Graduated from the National Security Agency's Computer Network Operations Qualification Course (CNOQC).
AND
Have two years operational experience serving as a Cyberspace Operator in the National Security Agency (NSA), and/or the Cyber Mission Force (CMF)
AND
Knowledge of intelligence, plans, and operations; underpinned by knowledge of Joint/Service specific targeting and planning processes.
Knowledge of full spectrum cyberspace operations that includes the planning and execution of missions using both Title 50 and Title 10 authorities.
Knowledge of Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Battlefield (JIPOE).
Knowledge of the Joint Targeting Cycle (JTC).
Knowledge of the Joint Planning Process (JPP).
Knowledge of Strike/Mission Packages developed in support of offensive cyberspace operations (OCO).
Knowledge of the cyber infrastructure.
Knowledge of IKE/JCC2.
Knowledge of cyber scheme of maneuver at the technical and operational level.
Knowledge of Joint / Interagency involved in offensive cyberspace operations.
Knowledge of the relationship between the NSA and USCYBERCOM.
Knowledge of how cyberspace operations are conducted
Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance throughout the duration of the contract
