Paramedic

The role of a Paramedic involves providing emergency medical care in pre-hospital and hospital settings, ensuring patient safety and collaborating with healthcare teams. This 13-week assignment offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits while allowing professionals to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide emergency medical care to patients in pre-hospital and hospital settings, following protocols and ensuring patient safety
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess patient conditions and implement appropriate treatment plans
  • Maintain and check all medical equipment and supplies to ensure readiness for emergencies
  • Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately and promptly
  • Execute patient transfer procedures comfortably and efficiently while maintaining high safety standards
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Current State Paramedic License
  • CPR certification
  • EMS certification
  • Minimum of 1 year of paramedic experience in an emergency medical environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical fitness to handle emergency situations
