Oracle HCM Manager

Are you an experienced enterprise applications leader passionate about modernizing HR technology? We are seeking a strategic Oracle HCM Manager to spearhead enterprise cloud application initiatives, with a primary focus on end-to-end Hire-to-Retire (H2R) architecture, ongoing optimization, and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Roadmap: Lead the vision for Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Benefits, and Workforce Management modules to align technology with business goals.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of systems analysts, developers, and Tier 1 3 application support staff.

  • System Optimization: Oversee platform architecture, workflow rules, security frameworks, flexfields, and seamless cross-functional integrations.

  • Vendor & Service Management: Direct third-party implementation partners and software vendors, managing SLAs, RFPs, SOWs, and contract delivery.

  • Governance & Operations: Enforce robust change management practices for system upgrades, patches, release testing, and root cause analysis (RCA).

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of hands-on technical/functional experience with major enterprise cloud HR suites (e.g., modern enterprise HR tech ecosystem and full-cycle H2R process management).

  • 3+ years leading, mentoring, and scaling application engineering or support teams.

  • Proven track record of leading at least one full lifecycle enterprise HCM rollout or major system migration.

  • Deep functional expertise in core workforce management, talent workflows, and system integration architectures.

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, HR Systems, or related field.
