Cloud Engineer, TS/SCI with a CI Polygraph Security Clearance Required, Fairfax, VA
We are looking for a skilled Cloud Engineer to join the team. In this technical Cloud Engineer role, you will prioritize usage to efficiently allocate funds and resources for our platform. The qualified Cloud Engineer must have an active TS/SCI with a CI Polygraph security clearance. This position is 100% Onsite.
Cloud Engineer Responsibilities:
- Overseeing a team that is responsible for the design, deployment and maintenance of an AWS Government environment.
- Update contingency plan leveraging AWS regions.
- Work with the security team to ensure all VM instances are backed up.
- Work with the security team to ensure all AWS cloud security requirements have been met.
- Manage all system resources deployed in the AWS Government cloud environment for the client ServiceNow implementation by leading a technical team of cloud engineers through environment deployment and maintenance operations.
Cloud Engineer Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical experience working with databases, computers, storage and networks on one or more of the following platforms: Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform, VMware or Oracle Cloud Platform.
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
