Location: Dallas/Austin, TX (Onsite)
Duration: 6 months contract

Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud & OCI Specialist with strong expertise in Fusion ERP, HCM, EPM, OCI, and cloud security administration. The role focuses on security, identity/access management, integrations, automation, service accounts, compliance, and DR across Oracle Cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage Oracle Fusion Security, including job/abstract/duty roles, privileges, data roles, and data security.
  • Manage role catalogs, SoD, access reviews, and least-privilege controls.
  • Secure OTBI/BIP, OIC, APEX, ATP, REST/SOAP integrations, and connected data platforms.
  • Administer OCI IAM, OAuth, certificates, service credentials, and integration security.
  • Manage user lifecycle and access using Security Console, HDL, and REST APIs.
  • Govern Fusion service accounts, privileged access, password rotation, secrets, and audit controls.
  • Automate Fusion administration, security provisioning, bulk loads, reconciliations, and reporting.
  • Support SOX, GDPR/CCPA, internal audits, and quarterly access reviews.
  • Support DEV/TEST/STAGE/PROD environments, Oracle quarterly updates, SRs, and regression testing.
  • Manage GitHub version/change control and support DR planning, testing, and runbooks.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, Payroll, Security, Audit, and Data Engineering teams.
  • Participate in POCs for new Oracle/cloud products and security tools.

Required Skills

  • Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud Security experience.
  • Hands-on experience with OCI, OIC, APEX, ATP, Databricks, and Fivetran.
  • Experience with Security Console, HDL, REST APIs, Fusion data security, and service account governance.
  • Strong understanding of least privilege, SoD, audit, compliance, and access governance.
  • Experience with automation, integrations, and cloud security operations.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.

Preferred

  • Oracle EPM Cloud Security โ€“ EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS.
  • Oracle Cloud/OCI Security certifications.
  • Experience with secure APEX integrations.
