LaSalle Network is hiring for a Contract Recruiter with an industrial company known for its nationwide growth, innovation in water solutions, and mission-driven focus on sustainability and customer impact.
In this Contract Recruiter opportunity, you will support hiring across multiple business units and geographic locations. This role is ideal for a recruiter who enjoys owning full-cycle recruiting, partnering closely with hiring managers, and driving hiring process improvements. As a Contract Recruiter, you'll help build the teams that keep operations running across manufacturing facilities and field service locations in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process across multiple business units and geographic locations.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies utilizing social media, job boards, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide recruiting best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external staffing partners and agencies.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting manufacturing, industrial, field service, or operations-based environments.
  • Strong experience utilizing ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and driven by continuous improvement.
  • Ability to manage up to ~20 requisitions.
