Relationship Manager - Renewals & Growth
Location:This position is based in New York City, and in-office attendance is required Monday-Thursday with the ability to be remote on Friday.

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Renewals, Account Management, or Client Success, ideally within a SaaS or startup environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of surpassing retention and revenue goals, fueling business growth.
  • Sharp commercial instincts, with hands-on experience negotiating contracts and driving effective renewals.
  • Adept at creating powerful advocacy programs that generate referrals, references, and testimonials to boost credibility.
  • Exceptional communicator with a talent for cultivating strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Skilled at juggling multiple accounts and priorities seamlessly in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Well-versed in CRM and customer success tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Asana, and Gainsight to optimize account management.

What you'll be doing:
  • Take ownership of the renewal process across your client portfolio, consistently surpassing retention targets, and strengthening loyalty.
  • Unlock revenue potential by spotting expansion opportunities and partnering with Sales to drive strategic upsells.
  • Build and nurture meaningful client relationships founded on trust, proactive communication, and expert guidance.
  • Transform satisfied clients into passionate Onshore advocates by fostering referrals, case studies, and valuable references.
  • Keep a pulse on client health, proactively mitigate risks, and promote seamless product adoption for long-term success.
  • Lead impactful business reviews and success planning sessions that clearly showcase ROI and tangible business value.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Product, Sales, and Support teams to resolve challenges and maximize client value.
  • Serve as the client's internal champion, providing vital feedback to influence product roadmaps and strategic priorities.
