The Partnerships Coordinator, supports the execution and day-to-day management of PrizePicks' creator relationships. This role is critical in ensuring creators receive consistent, high-quality support while enabling scalable activation, communication, and compliance across the portfolio.
You will act as a key operational partner to the Sr. Partnerships Managers, helping drive seamless deal execution, creator onboarding, and ongoing engagement.
What you'll do:
  • Creator Relationship Support
    • Serve as a secondary point of contact for assigned creators, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups
    • Support 1:1 creator engagement and help maintain strong, professional relationships
    • Assist in coordinating creator needs, deliverables, and activation timelines
  • Deal & Contract Coordination
    • Support contract execution processes, including documentation tracking and compliance checks
    • Partner with legal and internal stakeholders to ensure agreements are properly processed
    • Maintain organized records of creator deals and statuses
  • Creator Activation & Campaign Execution
    • Coordinate creator campaign logistics, timelines, and deliverables
    • Track content output and ensure alignment with campaign goals and brand standards
    • Assist in briefing creators on priorities, best practices, and opportunities
  • Operational & Administrative Support
    • Maintain internal trackers, dashboards, and reporting for creator partnerships
    • Help manage inbound requests and prioritize creator-related needs
    • Identify process improvements to enhance team efficiency and scalability
What you have:
  • 1-3 years of experience in partnerships, influencer/creator marketing, sports marketing, or a similar field
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High-Level knowledge and understanding of social media creators and the creator economy industry as a whole.
  • Experience working with creators, agencies, or talent is a plus
  • Interest in sports, gaming, or digital media is strongly preferred

The typical salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. At PrizePicks, we consider your role, level, and where you'll be working when determining our salary ranges.
